I am a researcher thinking about the interaction between law, technology, innovation and fundamental rights.
I am working as a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich, as a Research Fellow at University College London and as an Academic Fellow at the Centre for Regulation in Europe (‘CERRE’). I previously worked at the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford. Beyond my scholarly research I advise national and international institutions on the regulatory implications of digitalization.
